Alexandra has a wealth of 'real world' experience and legal knowledge concerning buying and selling property, the development of land, construction of dwellings and legal and regulatory compliance. She is a skilled negotiator with a keen commercial mind, which means she is able to achieve superior outcomes for her clients in the negotiation of sale and purchase transactions alike.

Hard-working and down to earth, she enjoys nothing more than forging new relationships with people across the real estate spectrum, and keeping her finger on the pulse of the North Western Sydney market through frequent and in depth review of market forces, anecdotal evidence and other economic factors. Alexandra holds a Class 1 Real Estate License and is a qualified lawyer having obtained a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business Administration from Macquarie University. Alexandra enjoyed a successful career in law, specifically family and property law litigation, for some 10 years before setting her sights on the real estate industry in 2018. Since 2015 she has also had a management role in the development of several land subdivisions in the Hills Shire, including facilitating the sale of unregistered and registered land, and now the construction of dwellings in North Kellyville and beyond.

Alexandra grew up in Glenorie and now lives in Dural with her husband, young children and step-children. She appreciates first hand the importance of family, of aspirations for the future and the desire to provide the best opportunities for our children and loved ones. Dunya holds a Class 2 Real Estate License and a Certificate in Business Administration from Western Sydney University. She is passionate about all things real estate and brings charisma, drive and boundless energy to all her work.
